Referral Bonus Qualifications:

• The Referral Bonus Program through Spark Companies is effective October 2, 2023. Referrals submitted on or after this date are eligible for the referral bonus.

• The person referred must be hired by the Spark Portfolio of Companies and work 520 hours for contract roles and 120 days for direct hire roles to receive the referral bonus.

• Bonuses for direct hires will be paid out after 120 days as long as candidate successfully worked past guarantee period and payment has been received from our client.

• Any ambassadors & referrals hired by one of our RPS clients is not subject to bonus eligibility.

• Current and non-team members of the Spark Portfolio of Companies can participate in our bonus program.

• Unlimited referral and ambassador bonuses are allowed per person.

Legal Policy:

To qualify for the Spark Companies Bonus Program your referral(s) must be new and cannot have previously worked for Spark Talent Acquisition, John Joseph Partners, Ignite Search or Spark Packaging before; Your referral(s) must be hired by Spark Talent Acquisition, John Joseph Partners, Ignite Search or Spark Packaging and work a minimum of 520 hours for contract roles or 120-days for direct hire roles to receive your referral bonus; Referral bonuses will be paid one time per referral & ambassador; This program excludes any Spark Talent Acquisition, John Joseph Partners, Ignite Search or Spark Packaging employees whose work responsibilities include recruitment, hiring, or selection of new employees; Each referral is subject to a one-time payment, and the referred-candidate may not be referred an additional instance; Ambassadors & referrals hired by one of our RPS clients are not subject to bonus eligibility; Payment will be made via BHN Rewards which will be sent through email to the referral and the ambassador; Referral requests must be done on your own time and not as a part of your regular work duties; This program is strictly voluntary, and there is no obligation to participate or refer any candidate to the referral program; Referral program may be canceled at any time.
